Refund policy
Eligibility for Full Refund:
To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Returns of damaged or incomplete items may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange products, as long as they remain in their original condition and packaging.
Before returning any products, please contact our customer service team via email. We may offer partial or full refunds to buyers who agree not to return the goods, based on the specific situation. Our goal is to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all of our customers.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or an error on our part. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Return shipping labels will only be provided for returns related to quality issues. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Clearance Sale Items & Non-Returnable Products:
- Non-returnable items: Products labeled as "non-returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return.
- Clearance items: All items marked as "clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a quality issue is present.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 24-72 business hours after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Bank Processing: If paid by credit card, please allow 1-7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
- International Returns: Return fees will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Product Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available for items of equal value at no additional cost.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges.
- Price Differences: If the item exchanged is of a lower value, no store credit will be issued. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. If cancellation is not possible, the product may be returned following our return policy.
